Medlii includes collaboration as a part of it's overall strategy. 

Your learners can use forums, wikis, blogs, chats and other social networking and support tools to learn in collaboration with other learners. All of this is managed within the LMS.

Organizations can choose to include social learning as a part of their overall learning strategy or to not use any of these elements or they can choose to deploy just the elements they wish to use.
